This is why RACC is a proud partner of WEDnetPA…………..SKILLS MATTER and with that RACC can provide WEDnetPA funds to move our Pennsylvania companies forward in the participation of this vital economic boom.

WEDnet is increasing funding levels on Essential and Technical Skills training!!

ESSENTIAL SKILLS TRAINING 
Employers may apply for funding for any number of eligible employees up to $600 per employee and $75,000 per fiscal year (7/1 to 6/30).

Computer Operations
  > MS Word | MS Excel (Begin, Interm) | MS PowerPoint
Manufacturing Fundamentals
  > Basic Electricity | Basic Machine Setup | Tooling, Grinding, Welding 
Product and Process Control
  > Continuous Improvement/Kaizen | Internal Auditor | Lean Manufacturing | Project Management | Six Sigma (White, Yellow Belt) | TPM | TQM
Workplace Behavior Skills
 > Communications, Teamwork
Workplace Health and Safety, Electrical Safety
  > Fire Safety | First Aid | CPR, AED | Hazardous Material

TECHNICAL SKILLS TRAINING 
Employers may apply for funding for any number of eligible employees up to $1,200 per employee and $50,000 per fiscal year (7/1 to 6/30).
